Administration - MOF
The Directorate is responsible for providing over all administrative support to the activities of the Ministry and the Treasury.
SUBDIVISION HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)
The Division is responsible for providing administration, support and advisory services on matters relating to Human Resource Management. Manage and coordinating training and development within the Ministry of Finance. Ensure that rules and Regulations are well understood, abide by all staff members and implemented.
SUBDIVISION TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
The Subdivision is responsible for managing training and development within the Ministry.
SUBDIVISION FINANCIAL SERVICES
The division is responsible for maintaining prudent financial management within MoF, which includes amongst others the preparation of the MoF Budget and Budget execution in line with Laws and Regulations governing State Finances.
SUBDIVISION MEDICAL AID
The Division is responsible for administering and managing the Public Service Employee Medical Aid Scheme (PSEMAS).
SUBDIVISION GENERAL SERVICES
The Division is responsible for:
- Providing and maintaining fleet
- Procuring goods and services;
- Managing contracts;
- Maintaining Offices hygiene and infrastructure
- Rendering secretarial services
- Providing record management services;
- Managing assets and stock
SUBDIVISION SECURITY AND RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Division is responsible for providing Security Services for both internal and external environments of the Ministry and assessing the risks involved.
