Mandate
The Directorate is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the activities of the Ministry and the Treasury.
Subdivisions
Human Resources
Provides administration, support and advisory services on Human Resource Management. Manages and coordinates training and development, and ensures that rules and regulations are understood and implemented by all staff.
Training & Development
Responsible for managing training and development programmes within the Ministry.
Financial Services
Maintains prudent financial management within the Ministry, including preparation of the Ministry's budget and budget execution in line with laws and regulations governing State Finances.
Medical Aid
Administers and manages the Public Service Employee Medical Aid Scheme (PSEMAS) on behalf of Ministry staff.
General Services

Security & Risk Management
Provides security services for both internal and external environments of the Ministry, and assesses associated risks.
